Due to road construction, the directions may not match a map app. From the north taking SB 183, take the 360/Capital of Texas Hwy exit and go straight through the light to continue on service road. Take this all the way to Steck light and turn right. Turn right on Summer Side Dr and then left onto Branigan Lane; OR you can take S Mopac exit from 183 and exit Far West Blvd and do a U-turn there to get back to Steck. Steck is open, it's just the Steck exit that is closed. From NB 183 after the flyover to S Mopac, you will have to go to the Far West exit and do a u-turn to get back to Steck. From N Mopac heading S, there are 2 exits to Steck and the first, earlier one is still open and available.
