Agent Claudia Moreno is a bilingual real estate agent fluent in Spanish. She and was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. In Guadalajara, Claudia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at the TEC de Monterrey University. Claudia initially worked for Intercam Bank and Hewlett Packard before transitioning to real estate. In 2016, she left the corporate world, married and moved to the Brazos Valley, a place she now calls home.
Agent Claudia Moreno began working solely in Real Estate in 2019 with Century 21. There she learned to help homeowners, tenants and investors with their Real Estate needs. She specializes in finding hidden potential for the irreplaceable assets the Brazos Valley and adjacent areas offer. Claudia promotes community growth by exposing our market to locals, out of town and foreign buyers. Other than being a Real Estate agent, Claudia is a wife and a mother. She loves spending time with her family, traveling and discovering faraway places. Passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, in her spare time, Claudia does Yoga and other types of exercise programs.
