Agent Melissa Welch grew up on a ranch between Franklin and Hearne. She loves all things related to animals and the western culture. She attended Texas Tech University in the early 1990’s. Melissa spent the early part of her career working for the large animal clinic at Texas A&M University. Later on in her career, Melissa transitioned into the banking industry. During this transition, she discovered she had a passion for rural real estate and helping others. As a result, Melissa became a licensed Realtor in 2014.
Melissa, her husband Glen and their two daughters currently live just outside of Franklin. They attend Robertson County Cowboy Church and are active members. When Agent Melissa Welch is not selling real estate she can be found helping her husband work cattle on their ranch, competing in ranch sorting events or hauling her daughters to horse competitions and competitive trail events.
