Before coming to Home & Ranch Real Estate, Office Manager Tracey Cavin spent over 25 years working in the title business. She spent 19 years at University Title as the Executive Assistant to the President and COO of the company. Moreover her duties included processing payable/receivable accounts, financial reporting, maintaining contracts and agreements, preparing monthly staff meetings and overseeing building maintenance. Additionally she provided administrative operations, network administration as well as other tasks needed by the CEO and President. Tracey is well versed in all aspects associated with getting a property closed and is able to proceed through the title endorsement regiment as needed. Furthermore, Home & Ranch Real Estate is lucky to have someone of her caliber organizing and leading the office.
Tracey’s home town is Caldwell, where she has grown up and lived for her entire life. Caldwell is where she lives and loves to be. Tracey married the love of her life, Cody. They have one daughter and enjoy the benefits of living in and raising a family in a small town. Consequently, Tracey thrives on the connection a small community provides families and the integral opportunities between neighbors.
